We want to send a huge shout out to Seonag Anderson, who hosted a Make a Difference ceilidh dance in February and raised an incredible £900 for Nairn Beach Wheelchairs. It is truly wonderful to see such creative and energetic support for our cause. We are so grateful for this contribution, which will go a long way in helping us maintain our equipment and keep our service running for everyone.
We also want to extend our thanks to Vivien Macdonald for delivering the cheque and for her ongoing commitment to championing our project from the very start. It is people like Seonag and Vivien who provide the heartbeat of our organisation, turning a shared vision into a sustainable reality. Their dedication makes a tangible impact on our ability to serve the community.
Aren’t we lucky to live in a place where people care so deeply about our little beach wheelchair project? This kind of generosity reminds us why we started this journey in the first place. Every pound raised and every hour volunteered brings us closer to a more accessible coastline for all, and we are constantly inspired by the kindness of our neighbours.
