We want to make your trip to the beach as comfortable and enjoyable as possible but also as simple as possible so booking is easy! A few things to remember before you book.

All our wheelchairs and extras are completely free to use.
Have a look at our wheelchairs, if you're not sure which one is right for you then we can help.
All chair users will need someone able to push a standard wheelchair to assist you.
If you require the use of a sling, please bring your own with you to your booking.

At your booking

So what happens once you get here?

Our friendly volunteer will greet you and talk you through the options, answering an questions you have.
If you are not able to get into the chair unaided we will support your companion to hoist you into the chair.
We will ask you to sign a loan agreement, you can read the loan agreement in advance if you like.
If you like we can provide a map for you so you know where the best beach entry point is for the day.
We will help you with any extras you may need like blankets, mittens, binoculars etc.

Then you are away on your adventures! We are always evolving and trying to do better every day, so if something could be done to improve then please do let us know.
