Nairn Hydrotherapy Pool

The first hydrotherapy pool in the Scottish Highlands Nairn Hydrotherapy Trust has a warm water pool (33°C) and requires no referral. Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, Water Circuits, physiotherapist massage services, Aqua-Natal and Post-Natal classes, Under-5’s sessions, and swimming lessons for all ages.

Forres Hydrotherapy Pool

The pool is fully wheelchair-friendly from its entrance and reception area to its changing rooms and pool. The pool has a hoist for helping disabled users to enter and leave the pool as well as adjustable changing beds.
